Ms Abbad El Andaloussi has 21 years of relevant professional experience. She joined Helios in February 2017 and has significant transaction experience across multiple industries. Previously she was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division at Rothschild in Paris, having started her career there in 1999 working on European M&A deals in the Financial Services, Telecom and Consumer Goods sectors. From 2006 to 2013, she assisted in building Rothschild’s leading M&A advisory franchise in Morocco and French-speaking Africa. Ms Abbad El Andaloussi worked on advisory mandates in a wide variety of sectors in this region, culminating in her appointment as Head of Africa. She held this position until 2014 when she left the bank to set up her own corporate advisory boutique, at which point she was retained by Rothschild as a Senior Adviser until joining Helios. Ms Abbad El Andaloussi serves as a non-executive director on the boards of Banque Centrale Populaire and CACEIS, the asset servicing banking group of Crédit Agricole. She received a degree from Ecole Centrale Paris, with a major in Economics. Fluent in French and Arabic, she is a French and Moroccan national.
